Subject: Approval of the 2026 ICT Risk Management Framework

Preamble

WHEREAS the Senior ICT staff has presented the Annual Review under DORA Article 13.5;

WHEREAS the Board has evaluated the findings from the 2025 Resilience Drills;

IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT:
  1. The updated ICT Risk Management Framework (v4.0) is adopted as the primary security policy.
  2. The Digital Operational Resilience Strategy for 2026 is approved, including the budget for PQC-anchor maintenance.
  3. The Chief Risk Officer is authorized to submit the annual Register of Information (RoI) to the National Competent Authority (NCA).
